Replyna ("Replyna", "we", "us", "our") is a service operated by Replyna LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. Its registered business address is 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87110, United States; its Employer Identification Number (EIN) will be published here once assigned. 1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Replyna platform, website (replyna.io) and related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. What Replyna does
Replyna is a bilingual (Egyptian Arabic and English) AI customer service platform. It connects to your messaging channels — WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram and a website chat widget — and automatically replies to your customers using the knowledge you provide, escalating to you when it is unsure.
3. Your account
- The Service is intended for businesses and people aged 18 or over.
- You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your account secure. Sign-in is by a magic link sent to your email; keep access to that inbox protected, and enable two-factor authentication where offered.
- You are responsible for connecting your own messaging channels and for complying with the terms of Meta (WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram) and any other platform you connect.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- send spam, or message people who have not contacted you or opted in, in breach of platform rules or applicable law;
- share unlawful, misleading, harmful or infringing content;
- impersonate others, or misrepresent your business;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
You are responsible for the content in your knowledge base and for the messages your customers exchange with your assistant.
5. Plans, billing and payment
- Replyna is offered on monthly subscription plans (Lotus, Scarab, Sphinx and Pharaoh), priced in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). Current prices and included AI-reply limits are shown on our pricing page.
- Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider. Subscriptions renew each month until cancelled.
- Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI replies. If you approach your allowance we notify you; beyond it, the assistant pauses until the next cycle or an upgrade. We do not apply surprise overage charges.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time. Refunds are handled in line with our Refund Policy, which offers a pro-rated refund of the unused portion of your current billing month.
7. Your content and our platform
- You keep ownership of your data — your knowledge base, your customers' messages and your business information. You grant us permission to process it only to operate the Service for you.
- We own the Replyna platform, software, branding and website. You may not copy or resell them.
8. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties (for example, messaging platform APIs, cloud hosting, AI providers and the payment provider). Your use of connected platforms is also subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or outages.
9. AI replies and availability
Replyna uses AI to generate replies from the information you provide. While we design it to stay accurate and to escalate when unsure, AI can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing your knowledge base and for the commitments made to your customers. We aim for high availability but provide the Service "as is" and do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Replyna is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost sales arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and change the "last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing in this clause removes any mandatory consumer-protection or data-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence that cannot be waived by agreement.
