Prerequisites & setup

A quick reference for what you need and how to connect Replyna to your channels. The whole thing takes a few minutes — no developer required.

What you'll need

Have these ready before you connect — it makes setup smooth.
A Facebook account that is an admin of your business Page and/or WhatsApp number.
For WhatsApp — a phone number that can receive an SMS or call to verify it. It can't already be active on the WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business app, and its two-step PIN must be off.
For Messenger — a Facebook Page your customers message.
For Instagram — a professional (Business or Creator) account linked to that Facebook Page.
Your business information — FAQs, products, prices, hours — to fill your Knowledge Base.

1 Fill your Knowledge Base

Sign in at app.replyna.io, then teach the AI about your business — it answers from what's here.
  1. Add FAQs, products, working hours and contact details in Arabic, English or both.
  2. In a hurry? Download the template, fill it in, and import a PDF or Word file — we turn it into entries for you to review.
  3. Upload your price list and product photos so the AI can send them on request.

WhatsApp

  1. In the dashboard, open Channels and click Connect on WhatsApp.
  2. A secure Facebook window opens — continue with the account that manages your business.
  3. Choose (or create) your Business portfolio and WhatsApp Business Account.
  4. Select the number customers will message and verify it by SMS or call. Turn off two-step verification for that number first.
  5. Done — we register the number and connect the assistant automatically. It shows Connected.

Messenger Instagram

Both connect through your Facebook Page in one flow.
  1. On Channels, click Connect on Messenger or Instagram — either starts the same flow.
  2. Continue with Facebook and approve the permissions Replyna requests.
  3. Pick the Facebook Page your customers message (choose from the list if you have more than one).
  4. The Instagram account linked to that Page connects automatically — both show Connected.

Website

Add the same AI chat to your own site. We give you a one-line snippet to paste before </body> — contact us and we'll set it up for you.
